Backorders:

Orders paid through a credit card will not be charged for backordered items until they ship. Custom made items will be charged upon purchase for orders paid through a credit card. If we are able to get more items in within 45 days we will ship the backordered proportion of your order and process any further charges for your order at that time.

Returns Policy:

Whateversports is committed to your total satisfaction. If, for any reason, you're not completely happy with your purchase, you can get a full refund of the product price , within thirty (30) business days of receipt of the item(s).

All returns and exchanges must be in new, unused or unworn condition with the original tags and stickers attached. Items deemed worn, used, dirty or missing tags by Whateversports will be returned to purchaser at their expense and no refund will be issued.

All returns / exchanges must have a RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) Number within thirty(30) days of item receipt to be accepted at our warehouse. Please email us at questions@whateversports.com to obtain an RMA. Once issued an RMA, please return the package to us within 10 days.

Customized and personalized items are not returnable. Since lost return shipments are the responsibility of the customer, be sure to obtain a tracking number from the courier for the return shipment. Shipping charges are not included in the refunded price.

Returns received without a RMA number are subject to a restocking fee of 10%.

For Damaged / Incorrect Merchandise: If you should receive damaged or incorrect merchandise, please contact Whateversports.com within 7 days of receipt to obtain an RMA and instructions on how to return the damaged / incorrect item. Also, please keep the item and any packing materials that came with your shipment in case the carrier (UPS, FedEx, etc.) wants to do an investigation on the damage. Once the damaged or incorrect merchandise is received at our warehouse, a refund will be issued or the correct replacement items will be shipped to you free of any additional shipping charge.

Shipping to Canada:

WhateverSports.com is happy to announce that we are now able to ship a large majority of our products to Canada. All Canadian shipments will be sent through the USPS mail service. Please keep in mind some products will not be eligible for shipment to Canada due to size, weight or manufacturer’s restrictions. Interested customers can contact us at questions@whateversports.com
